Order Processing Time

• All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and plant preparation
• Weekend/holiday orders begin processing the next business day
• You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer climate-controlled shipping to protect your plants:

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

• Most affordable option
• Includes hydration packs & insulated packaging

Express Shipping (2-3 business days)

• Recommended for tropical plants
• $12.95 upgrade fee

Local Delivery (Select ZIP codes)

• Same/next-day available for orders placed by 1PM

Important Notes

 Seasonal Shipping Restrictions:

• We pause shipments when temperatures exceed 90°F or drop below 32°F in your area
• You’ll be notified immediately if weather affects your delivery

 Receiving Your Plants:

• Please unpack immediately upon arrival
• Water plants if soil is dry
• Contact us within 48 hours with photos for any transit damage
